"We were upgraded when we arrived so got a beautiful spacious room with a hugh balcony. There are lifts in the hotel which makes access very easy. Beautiful view of the beach. Its location is excellent, right next to the beach and located close to many restaurants. There is a lovely prominade running adjacent to the beach which brings you to the marina and the big ferris wheel. The breakfast is really good value with a wide selection of food, including hot food. You can walk to the hotel from the train station (25 minutes walk). The whole area is safe."

"The hotel itself was okay, the staff friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is actually perfect, too. The view to the sea was great, but some things in the room i did not like. Firstly, there was no shampoo in the shower, i had to request it separately (i was staying 4 nights). The mattress of the bed was sunk in on one side, so i had to sleep on the other side of the bed to be comfortable and the AC in the room did not work, so i had to sleep with the window open, which i didnt really mind. There was free water in the fridge and a complimentary cookie. I did not hear any noise from the other rooms, either. The thing i did not like the most, was after i left, which was at 5,30 in the morning, not an hour later i received an email thanking me for my review on booking.com, which i did not write. It was rated 10 with the comment "exceptional", which it was definitely not. I wrote an email to the hotel as well, asking to delete that comment, as i did not write it and want to write it myself, and received a call from the hotel a few minutes later, claiming it was not them. But only they and I had my booking information, and one mistake i made, was show the confirmation email to the employee there, which included a booking pin code which is later used to write the review. Now i do not find this review on booking, nor i can write a new one, thus why i am writing it here."

"An exellent hotel with extremely nice, good natured and helpful personnel. The breakfast was great, especially considering my gluten- and dairy-free diet. I’m not used that many choices. Great location by the beach and a 15-20 minute walk to the Rimini Street Market. Everything was clean and orderly, the only negative was that our bed was too hard for my taste."
