A wonderful place to visit in spring, the Menara Gardens are a real hidden gem. Many locals come here for leisurely afternoon picnics, or simply to stroll past the large 12th-century water basin and admire the orchids.

Located in the charming Majorelle Gardens, the Museum of Islamic Art is comprised of several small rooms that display all kinds of artefacts and decorations. The building is "Majorelle" blue - named after artist Jacques Majorelle - so you can be sure you won't miss it (jardinmajorelle.com).
