There's always something worthwhile at the Museum of Modern Greek Art. The permanent collection is on Hourmadiés (100 Palms) plaza in Neohóri (Tues-Sat, 9am-2pm), with annexes for temporary exhibits around the corner on Ko Street, and on PlatÃa Sýmis in the Old Town (Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm).

Go to TsambÃka beach, 28km from Rhodes Town, for the season's first swim. The sea bottom shelves gently, and the water is quite warm by late April.
