Le Beau Rivage
A signature dish is creamy stingray on a bed of spiced avocado and rosemary oil. This beach-front restaurant encourages an unpretentious, relaxed atmosphere- by the end of the night many of the tables have been pushed together and the eyes of the retired fisherman on the next table glisten with happy tears as he tells of the time he witnessed his favourite dolphin giving birth as his boat passed by her secluded cove.
