Fees and charges

Payment for bookings can be made using a wide selection of debit or credit cards (please see the payment stage of the booking process for cards accepted). We do not accept payment by cash or cheques.

New bookings

All bookings (except Flexi fares) will incur a £13.50 administration fee. Bookings made by Visa Credit Card, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Carte Bleue (domestic transactions only) and UATP/Airplus will incur an additional fee of 2.0% of the total transaction value.

Flight transfers and name changes

Paying for flight transfers and name changes to existing bookings by Carte Bleue, Visa Electron, ELV, Visa debit card, or Maestro/ Solo will not incur any additional transaction fee.

Payments made using Visa credit cards, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or UATP/ AirPlus will incur a transaction fee of 2.0% of the total value of the flight and/or name changes. Please note that UK Maestro cards can only be used for fares that are displayed in UK sterling. If the fare is displayed in another currency, UK Maestro WILL NOT be offered as a payment option.

New Bookings, Flight transfers, name changes, the other services listed in the Fees and Charges section below and any other services offered by easyJet from time to time are, unless otherwise specifically stated, subject to Our Terms and Conditions. The prices shown below apply to you when you request and pay for the service from easyJet. These prices are subject to change without notice. Admin fee charged per booking.

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking (per booking)

In case of cancellation within 24 hours of booking, the admin fee per booking will be retained. The admin fee is stated above.


Name change fee (per passenger, per flight)

A. Online – Changes made more than 60 days before departure
B. Online – Changes made 60 days or less before departure
C. Telephone/At the Airport – Changes made more than 60 days before departure
D. Telephone/At the Airport – Changes made 60 days or less before departure



Flight change fee (per passenger, per flight)*

A. Online – Changes made more than 60 days before departure
B. Online – Changes made 60 days or less before departure (changes made at any time except for dates covered by the period outlined in C. below)
C. Online - Changes made 60 days or less before departure (changes made between 15th June and 1st September inclusive)
D. Telephone/At the Airport - Changes made more than 60 days before departure
E. Telephone/At the Airport - Changes made 60 days or less before departure (changes made at any time except for dates covered by the period outlined in F. below)
F. Telephone/At the Airport - Changes made 60 days or less before departure (changes made between 15th June and 1st September inclusive)



*For flight changes, in addition to the 'Flight change fee' stated above, you will also need to pay the difference in price between the cost of the original flight booked and the cost of the flight at the time the change is made. No refund will be made if the cost of the flight is lower at the time of the change.


Rescue fee (per passenger)

We understand how frustrating it is to miss a flight. If you turn up at the airport within two hours of your original flight’s scheduled departure time,  you can catch the next available flight, by paying the rescue fee.
