As a result of an incident involving a non-easyJet aircraft at Madrid-Barajas airport, easyJet regrets having to cancel the following flights on 20 August 2008:

Passengers travelling on these cancelled flights have the following options available to them:

Either:

Re-routing to their final destination at the earliest opportunity or re-routing to their final destination at a later date at their convenience and subject to availability. (Please arrange free of charge transfers to easyJet flights by logging in to My easyJet.com and selecting the relevant affected booking).

Or:

Cancel the affected flight and receive a full refund to the card originally used for payment by contacting the easyJet customer service department.

Although these extraordinary circumstances are entirely outside of the control of the airline, easyJet would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
