easyJet beats its competitors on punctuality performance

According to recent official Civil Aviation Authority punctuality data covering flights in and out of the UK for the whole of 1999, easyJet had a better on-time performance record than its competitors.
punctuality data

As these charts demonstrate, easyJet takes the punctuality of your flight very seriously. So seriously in fact that easyJet will refund the full cost of your fare if your flight is delayed for four hours or more.
Recently, easyJet delivered on this promise in a big way, when the runway at London Luton Airport was closed for twelve hours due to unexpected snow. To prove that this was a very rare day for easyJet, the airline refunded affected passengers a total of nearly £600,000. But the airline believed that this was money well spent, as easyJet wanted all the passengers inconvenienced by the weather (which was obviously not the airline's fault) to fly with easyJet again.
How many other airlines show this level of commitment to the punctuality of your flight?
