Booked Cars, Hotels or Insurance on EJ.com can they be changed on the APP?
This is currently not available through the mobile application and in order to make changes we recommend that you follow the instructions on your booking confirmation or contact the customer call centre.
Booked Car, Hotel or Insurance on EJ.com can it be seen on my booking in the App?
Yes, If your booking includes a car, hotel or insurance then this will be indicated, but you won't be able to make changes or view the details.
Clicking on one of the orange buttons for Luggage, Speedy Boarding or Sports Equipment will then allow you to select the quantity of each that you wish to take.
Please select the quantity of each that you require and this will then update the total price. To remove options, simply select the no bags / sports equipment option or deselect speedy boarding.
Please note that we allow you to purchase 20kg of baggage per passenger. Purchasing additional bags does not increase your weight allowance. Please see our bags policy for further information.
How to add flight option post booking on the App
After booking, either through easyJet.com or via the App. You can view any of your bookings by using the 'my bookings' option from the menu page.
Simply select the booking that you are interested in.
The page will list any items that have previously been added to your booking. You can also add additional bags, sports equipment or Speedy Boarding.

When can I add Flight Options on the App
You can add Bags, Sports equipment or Speedy Boarding to your booking from the moment the booking is confirmed (through myeasyjet or the mobile app) to 2 hours prior to scheduled time of departure. After this point the flight options may be purchased at the airport.
You can change your flight by selecting the 'Change flight' option which is displayed under each of the flights on the booking. Once selected, you can check availability by selecting the departure/arrival airports and dates. The available flights will be displayed along with any additional price increase in the fare price.
Please note:
1. The change flight function on the app will move all passengers on the booking. If you wish to 'diverge' your booking this will need to be managed using myeasyjet.com.
2. As well as the difference in fare price there is a change name fee which will also be applied.
3. Any boarding passes that have been printed will need to be reprinted.
Flexi Fare
Any change you make to your flight using myeasyjet.com will be visible in the view bookings page on the App.
You can change your flight by selecting the 'Change flight' option which is displayed under each of the flights on the booking. Once selected, you can check availability by selecting the dates that you require (restricted to the flexi change window). The available flights will be displayed with a 0 cost.
Please note:
1. The change flight function on the app will move all passengers on the booking. If you wish to 'diverge' your booking this will need to be managed using myeasyjet.com.
2. Any boarding passes that have been printed will need to be reprinted.
Delayed Flight
Any change you make to your flight using myeasyjet.com will be visible in the view bookings page on the App.
If your flight is disrupted in any way, a notification will be displayed within the My Bookings page. Depending on the severity of your disruption you will be able to either transfer or in severe cases refund your flight.
You can change your flight by selecting the 'Change flight' option which is displayed under each of the flights on the booking. Once selected, you can check availability by selecting the dates that you require . The available flights will be displayed with a 0 cost.
If your flight is eligible for refund this option will be enabled, simply click on refund and your flight will be refunded.
Please note:
1. The change flight function on the app will move all passengers on the booking. If you wish to 'diverge' your booking this will need to be managed using myeasyjet.com.
2. Any boarding passes that have been printed will need to be reprinted.
3.After actioning your free transfer all other changes will be chargeable.
Change Name
Unfortunately you are unable to change your name using the App please visit myeasyjet.com.
Please note that there is an admin charge for name change.
Confirmation Mails
The confirmation mails will be sent to the email address that was provided when you logged into the App
How to change stored card (myeasyjet.com)
To change your stored card you have to log on the your myeasyJet account on the website. There is no functionality to store a credit card via the mobile app.
Safe storage of details
If you have stored a credit card for use on your account, you can be safe in the knowledge that it is stored securely. It is held on our database encrypted and never transmitted.
Stored card myeasyjet.com
You cannot add a stored card to your account via the mobile application. To add a stored card, please do so via easyjet.com and then it will be available to use on the mobile device.
View all your bookings in one place
All of your easyjet flight bookings will be visible on your mobile application, whether they were booked on the mobile device or via the website.
Please note that bookings made via the call centre or at the airport sales desk will not be visible.
Benefits of logging in
There are a number of benefits to logging into the application, that will make your booking process and management of bookings much simpler:
1) The first passenger name will be auto-populated with the name on the account
2) The name and address of the booking will pre-populate
3) If you have a stored card on the account, you will be able to use this to book with
4) You will be able to view all of your mobile / web bookings on your mobile device
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password you can request a reset from the login page.
Simply follow the link at the bottom of the page , and enter the email address that is registered with the account.
An email with a password reset link will be sent to your registered account, by following this link you are able to reset your password.
After resetting you will be able to login to the app.
Which email address to provide in the booking
If you already have an easyJet account then it's recommended that you use the registered email address for all of your bookings. That way you will be able to view all of your bookings in one place, under that easyJet account.
The email address you provide in the booking will be the email address to which we send the booking confirmation.
Booking a flight without logging in
You can search and book flights on the mobile application without logging in.
If you haven't logged in, then you will have to enter all of the passenger details and address details for the booking.
The email address you provide in the booking, will be the email address we send the booking confirmation to.
If you haven't registered this email address with us before then we will create you an easyJet account for you and email you a password. You can then use this in future to manage your bookings and login to the application.
If you have used this email address before with easyJet, then we will append this booking to that account.
Mobile Boarding Pass
Downloading and storing the boarding pass on your mobile device is a feature that will be coming soon.
Spanish & Portuguese Discounts
Unfortunately we are unable to offer Spanish or Portuguese discounts on the app at this time. This will be available in the next release.

Settings
Settings are available from the main application menu bar. Within this option you change your default language and currency.
