Accordingly, the conditions to completion in the sale and purchase agreement dated 25 October 2007 have now been satisfied and completion of the acquisition is due to occur by no later than 31st January 2008.

Save as disclosed above, there has been no significant change affecting any matter contained in the announcement dated 25 October 2007 and no other significant new matter has arisen which would have been required to be mentioned in that earlier announcement if it had arisen at the time of the preparation of that announcement.

A further announcement will be made when completion of the acquisition has occurred.
