Director Resignation

The Company announces that Diederik Karsten has stepped down from his role as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 21 February 2008.

The Chairman of easyJet plc Sir Colin Chandler, said “Diederik joined the board when the Company floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2001. During these seven years, he has always been an excellent colleague, providing the benefits of his expertise, experience and wisdom to easyJet. We owe him a debt of gratitude and we will miss his special qualities.”
