Important Safety Information for YOU
Once at your accommodation please check you know:
HOW to raise the alarm should you discover a fire
WHERE your nearest fire exit and meeting points are
WHAT details are on any of the emergency/safety instruction notices in your room
PLEASE be advised that standards with regards to balconies differ depending on the country you are visiting.
FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, please ensure that you take care when on the balcony and do not lean on or over the railings. If you have children below the age of 12 in your party, please ensure they are always supervised and not left unattended at any time.
NEVER attempt to climb on balcony structures
ALWAYS take extra care on balconies, but especially if your judgment may have been impaired in any way.
CHECK that you are familiar with your surroundings in order to avoid any incidents with glass doors and windows.
PLEASE supervise children around the pool area.
BEAR IN MIND THAT it is unlikely that your pool will have a lifeguard.
CHECK the pool board for information, including what to do in the case of an emergency, and for the pool opening hours.
DO NOT allow children to use the lift unaccompanied
RESPECT advice on lift usage
PLEASE SUPERVISE your children at all times especially on balconies, in lifts and in and around the pool and playgrounds.
Make use of a SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX in your accommodation and take care of yourself and your valuables when you are out and about in your destination.
If you have a gas cooker in your accommodation PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW WITH CARE the instructions supplied. Please make sure that the gas supply it is always switched off when not in use.
