We’re keen to make refunding your money as easy as we can so please follow the instructions below.
To be eligible for a refund of your child’s APD the following must apply:

Already have a booking?
To claim a refund you will need to confirm the dates of birth of each child travelling. You can do this in two ways:
If you’re travelling on an international flight departing from the UK please go to My easyJet and enter your travel document details (APIS/ID information) or go to easyJet.com and select ‘manage bookings’. You’ll need the passport or identity card details of each child travelling.
If you’re travelling on a domestic flight within the UK** or are unable to complete your APIS/ID information details you will need to fill in the APD age confirmation form in order to get a refund. You’ll need your easyJet booking reference, surname of the first passenger on the booking (lead passenger) and the names and date/s of birth of the child/children travelling.
Once you’ve entered your APIS information or completed the APD age confirmation form we’ll do the rest and you’ll receive a refund directly onto the card you used to make the booking. This will happen within 7 days of entering your details. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed so there is no need to call us in the meantime.
*For flights departing UK airports except Inverness which are already exempt from APD.
**Including flights to Jersey or to/from the Isle of Man.
