EHIC (European Health Insurance Cards) will cover medical treatment that becomes necessary during your stay because of either illness or an accident.
If any member of your group require special assistance, it is very important that you contact our call centre agents on 02034995232, before making your booking. When you have special requirements, we recommend you book through our sales call centre to ensure we can check your needs will be met by our airline, your selected hotel and local transfer supplier. However, if you prefer to book online please call our sales call centre before confirming your booking. It's always better to do this in advance because if we need to amend your booking this may result in an extra fee as per our terms and conditions.
When booking your package
If you need special assistance at the airport or on board your flight you must contact our call centre on 02034995251 at least 48 hours before your flight. Some special assistance can be booked online such as help up and down the aircraft stairs. If you are intending to bring a mobility scooter then you will need to speak to our customer services team 48 hours before your flight. If you have not notified easyJet holidays in advance, we may not be able to accommodate your needs at the airport. Please check easyJet holidays website for further information.
When booking accommodation
As some of the accommodation and resorts we feature may lack even the simplest facilities, such as ramps for wheelchairs, lifts etc., it is important that, when booking, you advise us of any disabilities and special requirements so we can contact your chosen hotel to check if they are able to meet your needs. Even if all you require is a ground floor room, please contact us before you travel. Although we can't always guarantee special requirements, we will do all we can to arrange your requests with the hotel you have booked.
When booking Transfer
Transfer shuttle services are not suitable for anyone who cannot climb steps into a coach or minibus and our drivers are unfortunately not allowed to assist. Electric wheelchairs and scooters cannot be transported on any shuttle service. If you are taking one of these items on holiday with you, then please contact us with the size and dimensions of the item and we'll find out the availability and cost to book a suitable vehicle for you. Private, especially adapted Euro Taxis suitable for electric wheelchairs and scooters (max 4 persons) can be arranged prior to travel. These can only be pre-booked so please contact us and we'll get right back to you.

Depending on the nationality of the passport you hold, you will need to check if you require a Visa to enter the country you are travelling to. Please note failure to do so may result in denied boarding; the airline is not responsible for your travel documentation. Please also note that your Passport must be valid for your entire holiday, if it runs out whilst abroad your return journey may be affected and costs incurred.
