Contacting easyJet

All amendments to existing bookings must be made online via Manage Bookings. Please note that changes can no longer be made via our Customer Services Team. 

Changes that can be made online via Manage Bookings include:

  • Changing a flight or passenger name (including spelling mistakes)
  • Selecting or changing a seat
  • Adding hold items including hold bags, sports equipment, and excess weight
  • Obtaining a booking or payment confirmation

If your booking was made through a travel agent, please contact them directly.          

You can check your flight status using our online Flight Tracker which provides live departure and arrival information up to 48 hours in advance. Up-to-date general travel information is published on our Latest Travel Information page.

All other questions will be answered by choosing the relevant option on the form below. We aim to respond to all questions within seven working days.
