Contacting easyJet

All amendments to existing bookings made directly on easyJet.com or the easyJet mobile app must be made online via Manage Bookings. You will need the email address used to make the booking and password to access the account.

Our Customer Services Team is there to help customers who are unable to manage their bookings online or are in need of special assistance. Making amendments via our Customer Services Team will incur a fixed charge of £10 if the amendment could have been made online.

Changes that can be made online via Manage Bookings include:

  • Changing a flight or passenger name (including spelling mistakes)
  • Selecting or changing a seat
  • Adding hold items including hold bags, sports equipment, and excess weight
  • Obtaining a booking or payment confirmation
If your booking was made through a travel agent or third party you will need to contact them directly to make any changes.

You can check your flight status using our online Flight Tracker which provides live departure and arrival information up to 48 hours in advance. Up-to-date general travel information is published on our Latest Travel Information page.

All other questions will be answered by choosing the relevant option on the form below. We aim to respond to all questions within 14 days.
