If you get an error message your booking is unlikely to have been successful.
If you’re not sure whether the booking was successful for any reason please do not just make another booking as you may end up getting charged twice.
To check your bookings, login to My easyJet first and if your booking has been successful you will be able to see it in there. If you cannot find details of your booking in My easyJet then you can try booking again. If you are still having problems please call our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help you.
