Group bookings


If you’re a group of up to 40 people, you can book in the normal way on our website. You’ll need to enter all the passengers’ names when you book, and pay in full using a single credit or debit card. And if your group includes children, you need one adult travelling per ten children.


Benefits of our Group Booking Scheme

If you’d like greater flexibility you can reserve from 15 up to a maximum of 60 seats for a small per person fee, without having to enter all the passenger names. See our Fees and charges for more information.

  • You can also change names for free up to three days (72 hours) before you travel
  • It’s also easy to add hold luggage and sports equipment to the booking

You’ll need to pay in full when you book but you can use more than one debit or credit card.

Managing your booking

Once you’ve booked we’ll send you a simple to complete listing passenger names, advance passenger information (API) and seating requirements. You’ll need to submit your form no later than three days (72 hours) before departure. The form can only be submitted once and all the passenger details should be complete. Any unused flights will be cancelled and are non-refundable. If you make any changes within three days of departure change fees will apply.


Group organisers or travel agents

We’ll provide you with an additional column on the manifest so that you can add your own booking reference details. This will allow you to cross reference and supply the easyJet booking reference numbers to your passengers so they can check in online.
