If your baggage has been damaged we can help.

If your baggage has been damaged on an easyJet flight, you may have reported the damage at the airport by completing a Damaged Report with our Ground Crew. However, if you have not yet reported the damage, you have 5 days after the arrival of your flight to let us know. The below questions will tell you everything you need to know to ensure we resolve the damage to your bag in a timely way.

I have opened a damage report, what are the next steps?

Will my baggage be repaired or replaced?

What is the process for UK residents and those staying in the UK for a period of 10 days or more?

What is the process for Non-UK residents and those staying in the UK for a period of 10 days or less?

Will my new baggage be a direct replacement and match my current set?

My claim was rejected in the airport – what can I do?

Can I appeal?

What am I not covered for by easyJet?
