We’re sorry to hear that you have lost something whilst travelling today. We’ll will do all we can to help you find your lost property.
Lost property found within the terminal or anywhere else in the airport will be handed over to the Lost Property office which is operated by the airport. Please contact the airport information desk who will be able to direct you to the office or give you their telephone number.
Items left in the cabin of the aircraft are handed over to our Ground Handler and then given to our Baggage Services team in the airport. The Baggage Services team will keep the item for the remainder of the day allowing you time to claim back your lost property.
At the end of the day, all unclaimed items are given to either the airport’s Lost Property Office or send to our 3rd party lost property specialists depending on the airport you arrived at. Please speak to your Ground Crew locally for more information – their contacts can be found on the link towards the bottom of this page.
There are some airports which operate different arrangements which is due to local authority restrictions. In addition, there are also some specific items which have different processes:
Passports are normally handed to immigration officials or local Police. This varies airport to airport.
> Duty Free Items
Ability to reclaim duty free varies airport to airport.
If you’re still in the airport it may take a while to retrieve your lost property. Our Ground Crew will collect the item and bring it to the baggage services office as soon as they finish with the flight. Your patience while we do this is appreciated.
To identify and track lost or delayed baggage you can get in touch with your airport's handling agent.
