The Claims Team deals with non-emergency claims such as loss of luggage, cancellation and personal possessions claims.
If you are making a claim for medical costs or need emergency assistance during your trip please contact the Medical Emergency Team on +44 (0) 208 603 9693. This number will be answered 24 hours a day.
If you do not want to travel, you are entitled to a full refund of the cost of your flight and the unused sectors (if applicable), back to the original payment card.
If you are claiming additional expenses due to a flight cancellation, such as accommodation or food / drink, then please note that all such claims must be accompanied with valid receipts in PDF, HTML, GIF, BMP or JPG format.
