3. Entry and participation in any competition shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of these Terms. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the competition or the prizes form part of these Terms.

4. All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date.

5. All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them. The image should be a real photograph and not been tampered with or altered in any way.

6. The decision of easyJet and Gate Total Solutions judges is final and conclusive in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. easyJet and Gate Total Solutions accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunctions, viruses, bugs or other such causes.

8. The winners may be required to take part in publicity.

9. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. All prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

10. The prize of 2 free return flights must be taken within 12 months of being notified of prize, after that time, unclaimed prizes will be deemed null and void.

11. easyJet and Gate Total Solutions reserve the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.

12. easyJet and Gate Total Solutions is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the competition or prizes, other than those costs and expenses specifically provided for in the prize (if any).

13. All publishing rights are handed over to Gate Total Solutions and easyJet when entrants submit their pictures. Pictured cannot be returned.
