2. EuroFunCard is open to persons who are aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, easyJet and agencies connected with this game (and their immediate families) cannot participate.
3. Prizes consist of 1 x £10,000, 30 x £1,000 plus 100,000 cash prizes from £1 to £20 only redeemable on items from the on board easyJet Boutique and Bistro. Prizes of £10,000 and £1,000 can only be claimed by sending by recorded delivery (1) the winning card (copies not accepted) and (2) boarding card, if the card was purchased on board an easyJet flight, to: EuroFunCard, P.O Box 243, Pontefract, WF8 9BD, UK. Prizes will be issued within 28 days of receipt of claim. All prizes must be claimed before 23rd February 2013. Proof of postage will not be proof of delivery. The promoter is not responsible for claims lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
4. The promoter reserves the right to determine the Euro/Sterling exchange rate. The duty free limits apply to the selected goods. Selected goods of greater value than the amount stated on the winning scratch card can be selected but a price difference will have to be paid by the winner.
5. There is no cash alternative and no cash change is given for selected goods with a published price below the value stated of the winning scratch card.
6. Cards will be declared void if found mutilated, illegible, forged, altered, reconstructed or tampered with in any way. Cards will also be void if the “void if removed” or “for crew use only” panels are not intact when presented to crew or posted for prize claim.
7. A list of major winners may be obtained by sending a SAE to: Winners list, P.O Box 243, Pontefract, WF8 9BD, UK. The winners list will be available from 28 days after the closing date.
8. The promoter reserves the right to terminate the game at any time and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Entry to the game signifies acceptance of these rules. The promoter reserves the right to hold or cancel a prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Winners must agree to participate in any subsequent publicity.
