Cheap Restaurants

La Reina
For a bar in such a touristy location, it's surprising that La Reina feels so, well, un touristy. A place for light bites (pick a few of their pinchos) and snacks to share.

Address: 3 Placa des Born, Ciutadella | Telephone: 971 484 934 |

Affordable Restaurants

Es Bruc
Less than a stone's throw from the shore, Es Bruc redefines dinner by the beach. Pick fresh fish or Quintana cheese (the owner's other job is a cheese factory), sup on sweet tinto de verano and make sure you sit in the shade.

Address: Playa de San Adeodato, Sant Tomàs, Es Migjorn | Telephone: 971370488 |

Ca na Pilar
You'll receive a heartfelt welcome at this smart eatery in Es Migjorn Gran. Pilar's cosy restaurant feels like you're in her dining room. Local produce reigns and she changes the menu to suit the season. It's all uniformly delicious and presented with flair. Prices are reasonable for food of this quality, too.

Address: 1 Avinguda de la Mar, Es Migjorn Gran | Telephone: +34 971 37 0212 |

Good Quality Restaurants

Dos Pablos
With art on the walls as well as on your plates Dos Pablos (named after the owners) is easily the best spot for a special meal in Cala en Porter. If you're craving meat, the ribs or steak beckon. (Save room for the Baileys and Toblerone cheesecake, though.)

Address: Carrer de la Mediterrania 3, Cala en Porter | Telephone: 971 37 79 12 |

The list of dishes may be short but the flavours here are immense. The tasting menu is a good option if you're struggling to decide.

Address: 33 Carrer de Sant Isidre, Ciutadella | Telephone: |

Fine Dining Restaurants

Pan y Vino
Hidden away but well worth the search, this converted farmhouse is a gastronomic treasure. French chef Patrick mixes his native influences with Menorcan ingredients so expect such taste sensations as rack of lamb in a herb crust and fish pot with glazed seasonal vegetables on the menu - all cooked to a T.

Address: 3 Cam | Telephone: +34 971 15 0201 |
