There probably isn't anywhere more central than Shack, located in the Gran Canaria version of Oxford Street, Triana. And just like the London original, the more exciting stuff is going on off the main drag. Music tends to be of the electronic variety, whether it be a DJ set or a live band in an interior which is as lived in as it glamorous with comfy sofa to boot. Food ranges from the traditional (Spanish staple lentil stew) to 21st century (spelt lasagne).
