Porto Airport Guide

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport has one terminal and is located 11km north west from the city centre.

By road:

The National Highway 107 and the IC 24 (secondary road) serve Porto Airport.

By taxi:

A taxi rank is located outside the airport. All taxis are metered, but it is worth noting that on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and on all other days from 09:00pm at night until 06:00am in the morning, a surcharge of 20% is automatically added to the fare on the taximeter.

By bus:

Bus lines ZA, 601, 602 and 604 operate a regular service between the city and the airport. Tickets cost €1.30.

By rail:

The airport is connected to the city by metro. The Line Violeta operates between 06.00 and 01.30 hrs. a one way ticket costs €1.35. Journeys between the city and the airport take approximately 30 minutes.
