Departing from Milan Malpensa Airport

1. Check-in online


- Whether you are travelling with cabin bag only or hold luggage, please check in online.
- You can check in online and print your boarding pass from 30 days and up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.

2. Bag Drop


- easyJet departs from Terminal 2 at Milan Malpensa airport.
- Our Bag Drop is located in Area 30 of the terminal building and is clearly visible with our orange branding.
- You can drop your bags at any of our desks, which opens from 4.00am.

3. Departures


- The departure lounge is accessible once past central security search and from there you can access any of our 29 gates.
- Please view the flight information boards in the departure lounge for details of your gate.

Arriving at Milan Malpensa Airport

- On arrival you will be directed to the baggage collection and arrivals hall.
- International arrivals from non-Schengen destinations are required to proceed through passport control before going to baggage collection and the arrivals hall.
- Should you have any questions surrounding lost or damaged baggage our baggage team have a desk located immediately after passport control in the baggage hall.

A few useful tips

- For domestic and Schengen destinations you will be boarded from a gate in Area D; for non-Schengen destinations you will be boarded from a gate in Area E.

- Boarding starts 45 minutes before the time of departure; you can expect to be boarded into a pre-boarding room at certain departure gates.

- If you are a passenger with reduced mobility please contact the dedicated staff through the interphones outside the terminal building or ask for assistance at a Bag Drop desk.

- You will find a dedicated smoking area once past central security search.

- ViaMilano is a new free service that offers connections through Malpensa airport between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Please refer to the ViaMilano dedicated desk in the arrival hall for more information.

Cabin bags only?
If you only have cabin bags you can head straight to the departure gate. Remember to check in online 30 days and up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure and to print your boarding pass ready for your flight.


Hold luggage
If you have hold luggage, check in online and print your boarding pass, then once at the airport, take your bags to one of the easyJet 'Bag drop' desks located in the departure hall.
