Mezes
The interior here may not have the quirky charm of rival Koukos, but the food is better and more abundant. Starters like chickpea stew, breaded mastéllo cheese or lahmatzoún (Armenian pizza) precede meat and seafood mains. Live music some nights.

Marco Polo
The most creative cooking in the Old Town is to be found at this enchanting garden-restaurant, part of the acclaimed boutique inn of the same name. Seafood (a good springtime choice) is a speciality, the wine list is exceptional (though the house barrelled is fine), and do save room for Valeria's decadent desserts. You should book during peak season.

One of the most famous fish taverns in Rhodes. Since its founding in the 1950s, Dinoris has become a consistent reference point for seafood lovers. Fish dishes are always fresh and of the highest quality.
