Unlike our competitors, we don’t think delays can be smoothed over with a bag of peanuts and an apology – while you sit on the tarmac.
Over the last year we’ve been working hard to improve our operations to ensure as many easyJet flights as possible take off and arrive on time. So much so that if you're travelling on a Flexi fare between 1 October and 29 February 2012 and your flight arrival is delayed by over 15 minutes, we’ll give you a free one way leisure flight. And that’s to anywhere on our European network.
