Extra flights to get you home!
To help us get as many disrupted passengers as possible transferred onto available flights home, we’ve arranged for some extra flights to operate. Please find the list of new flights below:

You may choose to take one of the additional flights even if you have already re-booked yourself onto another flight in April.

To arrange your transfer, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log into your My easyJet account with your email address and password
  2. Click on the “Amend booking” button. This displays the flights in that booking
  3. Click the “Amend” button on the cancelled flight
  4. Select the passengers you wish to transfer onto the new flight
  5. Choose an alternative day to fly on. Then check if your choice is available by clicking the “Check availability” button
  6. Select your new flight and click “Next step” to confirm your selection. This will display your new itinerary
  7. If this is correct, click the “No further changes” button. This will prompt you to confirm your new itinerary
  8. Click the “Confirm amended booking” button to complete your transfer

During this process, please avoid using your browser’s “back” button. Instead, please use the appropriate buttons on the page.

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO CHECK-IN PROCESS

1. Get to the airport early! Check-in closes 1 HOUR * before departure

Remember that airports will be very busy – make sure you leave plenty of time for check-in. Please note that check-in desks will close 1 HOUR* before departure, instead of the usual 40 minutes. This is to help us get as many disrupted passengers as possible transferred onto available flights home.

* Check-in closes 90 minutes before departure at Sharm El Sheikh (SSH), and Hurghada (HRG) airports.

2. Check in AT THE AIRPORT – no online boarding passes accepted

Online check-in has been temporarily suspended – you will not be able to travel using an online check-in boarding pass. ALL passengers MUST go to the airport check-in desks on arrival at the airport, even if you have already checked in online.

Limited “Stand-by” seats will be made available to passengers with cancelled flights if they become available. This applies to all of our flights in addition to the extra flights listed above. If you want to try this option, make yourself known to the easyJet Sales Desk in your departure airport. If Stand-by seats do become available, passengers will be called between 1 hour and 40 minutes ahead of the departure time. We cannot guarantee that Stand-by passengers will be accommodated.
