Suntanned young North Europeans love Skandinavian Bar for its inexpensive drinks, groovy dance music and friendly, party atmosphere. There are two bars and a dozen or so outdoor tables, plus a disco on the first floor, which warms up after 2am and occasionally sees the sunrise.
