By road:

East Midlands airport is located just a few minutes drive from Junctions 23A and 24 of the M1. Leicester, Nottingham and Derby are all within 30 minutes drive. Coventry, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent and Birmingham are all within 60 minutes drive time.

By bus:
Bus services operate throughout the day and night, seven days a week, with fares from £5 return. Nottingham Skylink operates every 30 minutes. Leicester Skylink operates every hour. Airline Shuttle operates to Derby and Loughborough every 30 minutes. Airlink 69 operates every hour to Melbourne and Swadlincote. Rainbow 5 operates every hour to Long Eaton.

By coach
National Express operates a daily service six times a day to Chesterfield, Sheffield, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford and also Coventry, Warwick, Heathrow Airport and London Gatwick Airport.

By rail:
Passengers travelling to the north of the country should take the Derby Airline Shuttle to Derby railway station. Passengers travelling to the south of the country should take the Loughborough Airline Shuttle to Loughborough Railway Station. Check train times at www.nationalrail.co.uk.
