The Crusader Castle of St Peter is now the home of the Museum of Underwater Archaeology which displays a ship dating back to the 14th century BC. In the museum you will also find the Hall of the Carian Princess, whose tomb was found in 1989 when workers were preparing the foundations of a nearby building.
Probably one of the best ways to spend a day of your holiday is to take a Blue Cruise. You will visit deserted coves where you will have the opportunity to swim ad snorkel in the crystal blue waters.
The beach is very family orientated with soft sand and a whole host of water sports, not to mention camel rides! Like any great holiday destination it also has a huge water park which also offers a free bus during the summer season.
Bodrum really comes alive at night, and some even describe it as a mini Vegas strip. There are plenty of bars and clubs which line the seafront and cater for everyone. The restaurants here are fantastic with chefs dazzling you with flaming kebabs, and restaurants with panoramic views of Bodrum Bay.

By car
Highway D330 is located 2 km / 1 mile east of the International Terminal, connecting the airport to Bodrum which can be reached in 45 minutes.
By bus
The airport does not offer a regular bus service, however HAVAS coaches depart for Bodrum from the domestic terminal.
By taxi
There are many taxis available at the airport and charge fixed rates to many destinations.
