For those who like shopping, Amsterdam offers a variety of markets, designer shops, boutiques, department stores and diamond merchants where the craftsman may be seen at work. Attractive, lively streets nestle between the canals where you can find small shops selling specialities including whisky, coffee, beer and chocolates.
Restaurants offer a wide range of food, from traditional Dutch to Mediterranean - and no short or long trip to Amsterdam would be complete without sampling a pint of beer at one of the famous Brown Cafes, the perfect way to quench your thirst!
