Communal tax for Italian flights
easyJet had to increase the communal tax (similar to APD, Air Passenger Duty) by €2, applicable to all flights departing from all Italian airports.
This is the result of a change in the decree n.166 of 27/10/2008 approved by the Italian Authorities. We will start collecting the 2 euros tax for all passengers who made a booking before 2 November 2008 for flights departing from 27 October 2008 onwards.
