Our recruitment process

Our recruitment process is designed to achieve the highest possible standards in the most efficient manner.

To achieve the above and help us deliver the most efficient service to you, the only way you will be considered for a flightdeck position with easyJet is if you complete our online application form. Following this, any subsequent communication will be conducted via e-mail.

Once you have completed the online application form, you will receive an automated e-mail message confirming successful submission of your application form. Please note that, due to the high numbers of applications received, we are unable to provide individual feedback.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend our recruitment day which is designed to enable us to make effective and efficient employment decisions. The Pilot Assessment day consists of:

1. A short, multiple-choice, technical questionnaire
2. A competency-based interview
3. A technical interview
4. A Simulator Assessment (for those successful in the above areas). (Please note that the Simulator assessment may be held on the following day)

Please note that if you hold a European National JAA licence, you must be prepared to exchange it for a UK JAA licence.
