Fast track senior cabin crew programme

easyJet's Senior Cabin Crew Fast Track Programme is a process for identifying and promoting senior cabin crew potential amongst new entrants with previous flying experience. In addition to our normal minimum requirements, applicants must have at least two years' previous flying experience within the last four years. This experience can be as either cabin crew or senior cabin crew.

The Fast Track Programme consists of the following stages:

  • Fast Track application form
  • Fast Track assessment day
  • New entrant cabin crew course
  • 80 sectors flying as cabin crew
  • An assessment flight with a team manager near the end of the 80 sector period.
  • The senior cabin crew member course and exam.

If a candidate does not meet the requirements for the Senior Cabin Crew Fast Track Programme on the Fast Track assessment day, they will still be eligible for cabin crew new entrant training, subject to their performance on the assessment day. They may then apply for senior cabin crew on successful completion of their probation.
