Board Change

The Company announces that Dawn Airey is stepping down from her role as a non- executive director of the Company on 31 December 2008 to focus on her new role as Chairman and Chief Executive of Channel 5 TV.

The Chairman of easyJet plc Sir Colin Chandler, said

“I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Dawn for her invaluable service and contribution to easyJet plc over the last five years. Naturally, I was delighted when she was appointed to her new job as Chairman and Chief Executive of Channel 5 TV, but I regret that the demands of that role have led to her decision to step down from the Board of easyJet plc.

We have been searching for a successor and are close to confirming an appointment on which I expect to make a further announcement in the near future.”
