The instructions given on the kiosk touch-screens are very easy to follow - even for a first-time user. But just so you know what to expect, here's a sneak preview!

1) This is your flight. Simply touch the button to activate the check-in process.

2) Let's suppose you have the credit card. Simply insert as directed. If you don't, pressing "I do not have the card" will offer alternative routes to retrieve your booking.

3) These are the people travelling on your booking.

4) You are all checking in together, so press all three names or press "select all". You can check in separately too! Don't worry if you make a mistake - use the "back" or "clear" buttons to correct.

5) Tell the kiosk how many bags you are checking in now. Let's say two in this instance.

6) Answer the security questions as directed.

7) Check that your hand baggage does not contain sharp or prohibited items.

8) Your two bag tags will print out one at a time.

9) Your three boarding cards (one for each passenger in the booking) will then print out.

10) That's it! Simple isn't it! Now go to the bag drop area.
